Refund and Cancellation Policy

Research projects

• Before work starts: you can cancel at any time, and any advance is refunded in full.
• After work starts: you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation, and the rest of any advance is refunded.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed scope: you receive a refund for the part we did not deliver.
• If a result is wrong because of an error on our side: we correct it and rerun the affected work at no charge.
• Changes to the scope after work starts are quoted separately.

Trainings

• Before the program starts: you can cancel and receive a full refund, or move your place to the next cohort.
• After the first class: fees are not refunded, but you can move once to the next cohort.
• If we cancel or reschedule a program: you choose a full refund or a place in the new dates.
• Free trainings have no fee to refund.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@bioinfoxlab.org for projects or trainings@bioinfoxlab.org for trainings, with your name and payment reference. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, normally within 14 working days of approval.

No physical goods

All our deliverables are digital (data, figures, reports and certificates), so there is nothing to ship or return.
