Reverse complement tool
Paste a DNA sequence and get the complement, the reverse complement and the reverse-complement RNA — the sequence of the opposite strand, written 5′→3′ as you need it for primers, probes and cloning.
0 bases · Spaces, line numbers and FASTA headers are removed automatically.

Good to know
Complement is not reverse complement
The complement keeps the same left-to-right order and runs 3′→5′. The reverse complement flips the order as well, so it reads 5′→3′ on the opposite strand — that is the form you order as a reverse primer and the form databases expect.
